Discontinuance: No extra charge for rescheduling a discontinuance.
IACRA Deadline: Your IACRA application must be signed 48 hours prior to the scheduled checkride start time. Failure to meet this deadline will result in cancellation of the checkride.
Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of service. Cash or Zelle payments accepted.
Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Paper Forms: Please use IACRA for all applications. There is a $400 fee for using a paper 8710-1 form instead of IACRA.
